FUNDRAISING with Nadia Taquary (members only)

The55Project is proud to announce its second fundraising initiative. This initiative has goal to create movement within contemporary artistic production while support our next year programs.

To realize this crowdfunding, The55Project invited the artist Nadia Taquary, who have previously exhibited and collaborated with us. In 2019, the artist was selected to our Solo Project, and presented the project "Orikí: Bowing to the Head”. Nádia spent three weeks in a studio at the Bakehouse Art Complex working on the project curated by Jennifer Inacio.

Some pieces presented during the residency, are now part of PAMM (Perez Art Museum Miami) and MAD (Museum of Art and Design, New York).

This Limited Edition and original artwork was created specifically for our members and donors. The55Project recognizes the importance of finding innovative ways to approach the upcoming season. This fundraising initiative is one of the ways in which to support The55Project’s programming.
